Recently, when I boot up in the morning, sometimes Norton A/V is not in the systray. When this happens, I also can't open Norton by clicking on the desktop icon, or from the start menu... nothing happens.
When this happended earlier in the week, I reinstalled the A/V and it worked again.
This morning when it happened, I got into a chat session with a Norton tech. When he remotely rebooted my system, The A/V was up and running again.
Anyone know why it's know always coming up?
