NBRT - unable to create bootable usb-stick

Hello,

since the new process came out to create the NBRT media, it is no longer possible to create a bootable usb pen drive with the current NBRT on it.

Creating a DVD and booting from it with the downloaded ISO-image works fine.

Transferring the ISO-image file to the USB drive also works fine, but it fails to boot. Tested several tools to transfer the data, tested 3 different usb pen drives, tested on several laptops, and also transferred a Linux installation image to the very same usb stick (which worked fine, even booting from it).

My assumption is that the mbr-boot-loader in the NBRT ISO image file is missing. Could please somebody from development take a look at this ? The previous tool, where a tool created the bootable media, worked fine. But you canĀ“t use this tool anymore, because the virus definition list is no longer being updated.

Because booting and running from an usb-stick is much faster than running from a DVD drive. And you could update the virus definition list and store it on the usb drive.

Thanks in advance,
