I keep getting the following message from Norton DNS, about a website I have used for years! I do not know why it is now filtering this website, and I cannot find a way to turn it off in NDNS. How do I change the webcontent filtering policy? I do not see any place to change the configuration of NDNS.

This is a known "Lingerie" web site which is blocked as specified by your web content filtering policy.
Agreed! My problem just started today as well. Maybe some Norton update since yesterday... There are a number of websites that are blocked today. I cannot see anything as far as Configuration for the NDNS, only the log file and Help.
I am getting same issue today and have checked site on Norton Safe Web search and it is shown with a Green Tick as ok but DNS blocking and saying due to my filters but can not see how to check my filters. totally confused.
sorry but i can not find this tab, where is it online? Is this under DNS or Norton 360? Both were set up online at renewal by the Customer Services Help desk and I can not see where to go

Have you previously configured a content filtering policy on nortondns.com? If so, are you able to log back in to confirm that your policy settings are correct (i.e. file sharing is unchecked)?

We've begun reverting the changes which need to be deployed across multiple servers. We will update again when this is complete with any additional steps that may need to be taken.
We again apologize for this inconveneince. Please know that we're making this a top priority to resolve as quickly as possible.
This issue should now be resolved. If you are still seeing the issue where Norton DNS is blocking sites in error, we recommend that you do the following:
Since up above KhanhT said, "We've begun reverting the changes which need to be deployed across multiple servers." It sounds to me like someone made changes on Norton's end that screwed everything up and needed to be fixed.
