Need account help to resolve duplicate accounts

I called the number at this site and the agent on the other end asked to log into my PC. I don’t see a need if it has to do with duplicate accounts. Is this the Norton protocol? Or is there another suggestion you may have for me?

Maybe, you have Norton account for subscriptions and a Norton account for Norton Password Manager?

Yes, remote access (in my experience) is Norton SOP.
I’ve pushed back against Norton pushing remote access.

I’d urge trying Norton support, again…different agent - may get different (better) results.

Do you have (same) subscriptions associated with two Norton accounts?

Have you tried Norton support via social media?
Have you tried Norton support via chat?

It seems I have both Deluxe (119.99 on 6/20/24) and Premium (143.09 on 2/21/24). I may have started a new subscription when I bought the new PC a few years ago and thought it had been brought over when getting it set up. My bad that I didn’t pay enough attention since then. Now I would like to cancel one and move the credit to the other.

I would love to chat with them but didn’t find a link and am completely opposed to having them log into my system for a bookkeeping entry. Where is the chat option?
