I'm a dummy when it comes to backing up. I just copy/clone my C drive ssd to another ssd pretty much once a week. I just picked up another ssd and used 360 last night to back it up. All seemed to go well. I now have a new ssd with a folder named 'Norton 360 backup'.
What happens if the OS (Win10) won't boot? This has happened to me many times over the years, the reason I keep a spare copy handy. The 'Norton 360 copy' file sure doesn't look like it will boot in case I crash the C drive. I assume I need a bootable disk. What's the procedure? Is there a way to get that on the new drive?
In the setup, under 'When', I chose 'Automatic'. How often does this then update? It would be nice that this would update at least once a day.
Thanks.
