Need help finding the products im still paying for

I am hoping someone on here has had issues like mine so that i can once and for all try to resolve this and move on. I can not spend another 1 or more hours on the phone to end up with no results. Here is my issues in a short summary.
I have been a Norton customer for several years now. I am not the greatest on computers so i tend to have things located in too many places, and it caught up with me. My subscriptions where coming to an end and I wanted to explore my other options so I waited until not to long before they where to end then I canceled them all; so I thought. All of the sudden I end up with Norton charges on my account which I did not catch right away (Personal reasons). I got ahold of customer service and tried to resolve it but not before I had already purchased another subscription. This time it was under a different email. This is where it gets complicated. I did not realize that for some time I had been signed on under the wrong email because I had a few. Part business and part personal. I tried to get the first subscription that had an auto renew on it refunded because the subscription that I actually wanted was to be for my business and I had up graded. Not the upgrade I wanted since it flashed up there for a special pricing but i went to different sight to research what its benefits where compared to the one I have (360 deluxe VS 360 premium).
so now i have subscriptions that I have no clue what they are or what they are good for and some of the stuff was refunded and i thought it all would be refunded and account updated onto the correct email to my account. At that point i would then again purchase exactly what i needed but those on the phone said they would not honor the special pricing that had popped up because i did not screen shot it and I had no proof. all I want is to keep my information and MY CLIENTS information safe that I have store on my desktop.
How do I locate which account they link everything through and how do I figure out what subscriptions i do have and are they on old email or new emails? I just need help to straighten all of this out and get on with things. Norton takes up WAY to much of my time and I’m at my wits end with it all

problem is nothing was installed and all i have is the receipts that I printed off from the norton website. and of course i dont have the most rescent 360 one but from what i can tell thats one of the ones that was refunded.
