I was charged for automatic renewal Jan 2 2021 and I called my credit card company Jan 4 2021 to cancel Norton stalled until the 60 days was up so they would not have to give me my 123.61 and they continue lying about giving me a refund I disputed with my credit card company they can not get the money back I have emails saying I was entitled to a refund but never received it. I went out to Staples and paid 42.99 for a Norton subscription and they canceled that and I paid cash for that . They need to refund me my money I had not used Norton since and never will again someone needs to hold them accountable ripping people off thanks
