I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 Printer and every time i try to print i an getting an error message saying that the "Printer is in an error state". What can i do to fix this as it is causing me untold headaches? I am asking you all at Norton, because when i check on the HP site, everyone who had this same problem said that the People at Norton fixed it for them. But no one say how.
