Hi. I am new here. I was looking for a live chat feature or a phone number, but I couldn't find one. I purchased a HP Officejet 4500 G510n-z wireless printer. I had it working for a day or so, but then it would stop. I would have to connect it again to get it to start working again. I have had to do this at least twice. (I have to physically carry the printer across the room each time.) I was told it probably has something to do with norton's firewall or something in that nature. How could I prevent norton from preventing me from wirelessly printing? Is there a live chat feature or number I can call if your advise doesn't work. I have been going for quite sometime without my printer. Please help. Thank you.
