Need help with Norton subscription in Windows 7

I just had my operating system upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 through a clean install. I had a valid subscription for 2010 Norton  Internet Security which expires in April 2010. I was unable to re-install using my 2009 NIS disc. I downloaded the trial version of 2010 NIS on Symantec’s site. However, there is another product key. Apparently, I now have 2 separate product keys. How do I get my original key back? How do I contact Norton support? I can’t find a phone number to contact them anywhere.

Hi mab57,

You can contact Symantec Customer Service over here and chat with them for free to sort out your issue:

Thank you! I was able to contact Support. They showed me how to access my old product key in Norton & they also cancelled my trial subscription that I had gotten by mistake. They even added an extra 30 days to my original subscription because of all the trouble I had. Thanks again!

You're welcome, glad that Symantec Customer Support was able to help you :-)
