so I was looking at upgrading my protection because when I bought it I had a smaller budget and I wanted to just update to match my current budget since my renew date is getting close but unfortunately I was having trouble (can't remember what that was) and I clicked "Contact us" and discovered that it doesn't work. this is the only way to contact you guys which sent some red flags IMO. it was nice to have a upgrade from McAfee with my new PC cause that antivirus was very annoying but unfortunately I'll be moving on to a new antivirus that hopefully has a working support button if I ever need it. gl to whoever reads this cya on the other side!
