so heres my dillema. i had a computer with windows vista that the motherboard went bad. and i got 108 days left on my norton 360. well i bought a laptop with windows 7 and i reinstalled and got my 360 goin but i need to get my identity safe stuff out of the hard drive to install in the laptop. i did not back it up online and i cant use the norton backup because the pc is no more. but i hooked the hard drive up to another pc to access the hard drive. i just cant find the data files in the hard drive to move them. i found it in another forum to do it with xp on a different norton program and it doesnt match mine. i have norton 360 5.0. any help is appreciated. thanks. and my files are not nfm files or whatever the manager converts them too. thanks again
