Need to re-download Norton for free

Hello,

 

Recently my hard drive on my laptop had broken so i have bought a new one, i now have lost everything installed into my laptop and it is like having a brand new laptop. My problem is i still had norton subsrciption left on my old laptop which i had purchased and downloaded through the norton website. I really need some help as i do not know where i can go to download Norton without purchasing it again? do i have an account that is registered so i can download it again for free? or will i have to pay for the download again? A link would be helpful if there is a place where i can re-download for free,
