I really hate companies that stonewall paying costumers. I need to speak to AN ACTUAL HUMAN that works at Norton to have my account cancelled immediately.
If Norton chooses to ignore my request I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and I will also contact my credit card company to have the recently charged items reversed (since I had already cancelled my account).
I was able talk to a human working for Norton - I’ve cancelled everything - or I should have. Norton is a bit like a virus - just don’t install it - ever.
