Need to temporarily disable 360 to down load a program.....I have Vista 64 bit and 360 Norton

Hi!

 I just purchased a Cricut Gypsy and need to disable the 360 to download the program.....I am nervouse about doing this as I do not want to risk gettng a virus while downloading....how do I accomplish this and what are the risks?

Because the program wont fully download according to the website.....I called customer service for the product and they said I need to make sure the program doesnt get blocked otherwise I cant use the machine? It does come from a company that I trust....provocraft.com

Have you tried downloading the program with Norton enabled?  The only thing I can think of that might block the download would be if the file was new and Download Insight blocked it due to insufficient reputation information.  If that happens, you can turn off Download Intelligence while you download the file.  Can you provide a link to the information you found on the website?
