10.3 is available through LiveUpdate. Have you tried running LiveUpdate manually? You can do Start -> Run -> LUALL and click OK to manually run LiveUpdate.

I tried that, and it's still 10.0 (2000.02.14) in the about window. I had previously tried to run Live Update through the application, but nothing. Is it possible the update to 10.3 no longer exists through LiveUpdate? It's not available through ftp.
Let me check on a couple things for you. If you cannot open the program, there's a good chance the update won't resolve that. When you did your uninstall did you delete all files as well?

The program opens, and I have never done an uninstall, I just want to change the phone number on the user info. It freezes when I try it, so I was hoping that an update would fix that. Also, the LUALL updated the LiveReg app. As an aside, neither 10.1 nor 10.2 can be downloaded from the download site.
LiveUpdate will not update WinFaxPRO. The problem here is not the version of WinFax, but usually caused by a conflicy with East Asian Language support isenabled in the OS. Please complete the following steps to resolve this problem:
1. Close WinFax and the Controller
2. Disable East Asian Language support:
a. Go to Windows XP Control Panel.
b. Select the Regional and Language Options icon in Control Panel.
c. Select the Regional Options tab.
d. Make sure English is selected in the proper boxes.
e. Select the Languages tab.
f. Uncheck the Install files for East Asian Languages box.
g. Apply and Close.
h. Restart the Computer.
Start Winfax and test, should be good to go...
