ear Norton Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my concerns regarding the current subscription renewal process and how it affects my ability to renew efficiently.
As a precaution against fraud, I use a prepaid card for online transactions. I keep this card funded only when I need to make a purchase. While this approach works well for me, it has caused challenges with your automatic renewal process.
Whenever my card lacks sufficient funds at the time of auto-renewal, the renewal order often fails after multiple attempts. The process of managing this failure by canceling the order entirely or closing it is not practical. It would be far more convenient if Norton offered a straightforward “Renew Now” button in such cases, allowing users like me to recharge their card and manually complete the renewal.
This approach is already implemented on many other platforms and provides a seamless experience for users who may face temporary issues with their payment methods. It would greatly improve customer satisfaction and ensure continued subscriptions without unnecessary cancellations or interruptions.
As my subscription renewal date approaches, I want to inform you that I will not proceed with auto-renewal under the current system. However, I am open to manually renewing my subscription if the process is streamlined as suggested.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I hope Norton can make adjustments to better accommodate diverse payment preferences and scenarios. Please let me know if you need further details from my end.
Best regards,
