Network adapter did not pass the test

I have two Dell Inspiron computers with  Win10 Pro and Norton 360 Deluxe installed, operating on a wireless home network. All systems, I think, are operating AOK, except when I run the Network Adapter Troubleshooter it fails the test. I receive the following message: "Troubleshooter was unable to auto fix all of the issues found. You can find more details below;..." 

Problems found: "Security firewall settings might be blocking the connection: DETECTED!... contact Network Administrator..."

"Detection details: Settings that might be blocking the connection.  1) Provider name:  Symantec Corp...  2) Provider description: Norton Security.  3) Filter name: Norton Security Filter.  4) Firewall accept_v4.  5) Provider context name: _. 

What does all this mean?  Is there anyone out there in Norton Land that can give me any advice, that may lead to a solution to this particular problem?
