Ich habe einen Norton360Schutz für 5 Geräte. Zwei Laptops sind erfasst und geschützt. Auf meinem neuen iphone habe ich Norton360 ebenfalls installiert, und auf dem iphone wird auch angezeigt, dass das Gerät geschützt ist. In der Geräteliste auf meinem Laptop wird dieses iphone aber als “inaktiv/nicht geschützt” angezeigt. Was tun?
One thing you can do is ignore the Devices list in your Norton Account. That page is notorious for incorrect/incomplete information. While in your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right of the page and click on My Subscriptions. Then scroll to your 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. You should see your iPhone listed there, which tells you that the device is protected.
