New business model @ Norton?

A  few days ago, I paid for a renewed subscription of  the Norton security software and have not received the software to install.  Instead, Norton keeps sending me messages that my computer is unprotected and I have to pay for the software (again and again).  The emails also inform me that I signed up for an annual renewal of the "subscription" which I do not remember signing for.  What a good business Norton is doing!  But, seriously, I could not reach Norton via email directly so, I joined this forum.  Maybe someone will fix the situation. Has anyone else had a similar problem with Norton?  Doesn't Norton have any legal obligation after "selling" me the software?

Check your email junk folder to see if it has been diverted.  It usually shows up very quickly after payment is made.  You can also talk to customer service chat.

Hello zk101,

Also, use the Check Subscription Status from Support on the Main UI and see if that helps!
