New Comcast N360 headaches - do the IT people really test this stuff? Too many extra steps added

OK - here is my gripe. I value time, and rate things on just how many steps it takes to get what is needed to be done. The new version has added more steps, that are unneccesary - do the IT people really ever think about the headaches that are produced?

1) Now, whenever I login to the password security, instead of just saying i am logged in, it now brings up the whole doggon screen of logins webpages, blah blah. And so I now have to go thyrough a new Second step to blow that away, All I want to do is turn it on.

2) It does this no matter where you open the vault, from the Norton Icon in system tray, to the 'poke' on the webpage.

3) Yesterday I tried to CLOSE the vault, only to find that seems to no longer be an option from the toolbar. I had to go to the N system tray icon, go to the security pane, and hit log out. Too many steps! (Why logout - because sometimes IT takes over too much, when I am trying to re-enter some auto-filled data)

Can someone tell me why they thought this is an improvement? To me and probably others, its a headache, too many additional steps. Thanks - Tim

Ah, see I learned something new thanks to you, Yank.  I didn't know you could close the vault by clicking on the bottom little box after left clicking on the vault.  Thanks for the tip.

Yes - thanks - at least thats one good thing.
