New computer backup question for Norton 360

I backed up all my files using Norton 360 on an old computer. I then bought a new computer and transferred all of my files to the new machine. If I run a backup on the new computer using Norton 360, will it backup all of the same files again? I don’t want duplicates of every file being backed up, and I don’t want to spend hours uploading files to the cloud that were already uploaded when I backed up my previous computer.

Example: file A was backed up on my old computer using Norton 360.  The same file A is now on the new computer because I transferred it there. If I run the backup on the new computer, will A be uploaded and backed up again? Hopefully not, but if so, is there any way to avoid this? Thanks.
