I have purchased a new computer and want to move all files, documents, photos, etc from the old to the new. What is the process if I have Norton Lifelock and Norton 360 and Norton Utilities?
As Peterweb stated, enable file sharing on both machines and utilize your home network or if you have a USB stick, copy them to the stick as needed.
Or if the old computer still works, and you can connect it to the same network you have the new computer on, you can just use Windows Explorer to copy all the files from the old to the new.
Then if you wish, you can set up the backup feature in Norton 360.
Use the cloud backup feature to backup all the files you need. Then after you setup your new computer you can sign in to Norton and download those files to your new machine. See the following tutorials for the cloud backup.
