Sorry for the new posting but I have a different problem now.
Uninstalled and reinstalled, now there is no Internet on my laptop.
Tried to activate Norton and it gives me this error message 8505,129. My Internet is O.K. on my other PC's and Tablets. Not sure what to do next?
Now My Norton Icon on the taskbar disappeared and I can't open Norton at all. :( Also the Norton short cut on the desktop will not open.
