Hello Symantec and Lithium,
I think it would be nice to have a new feature whereby when we do a search on the forum boards we can select to return only results from Symantec employees.
Currently we can search by username but there are times when we are assisting other users and it is advisable to refer to a previous post by any Symantec employee. Sometimes this simply carries more weight than even a Guru.
Things such as subscription/license related questions or anything else where it is clear that the OP would really like to see an answer by Symantec only.
I have encountered quite a number of times where this would be greatly useful.
Other thoughts on this idea?
