New hp app interferes with norton 360 vpn

Issue abstract:

Detailed description:

new hp app, hp 57.52623.7882.0, app on windows 11 only prints if vpn off

no error message. hp does not recognize printer unless vpn is off. then recognizes and prints. can’t find how to find hp file to do tunneling.

Open the VPN and click on the Settings Tab. Then scroll down to Access Local Devices with VPN and turn that on and test.
