New iPhone not receiving Password Vault Access approval request

I have had Password Manager installed on my iPhones and had to replace the phone this week. I can open the Password Manager on the new phone but it does not receive the vault access approval request when I try to open the vault on the computer. There were no problems on the old iPhone SE. .

When you replace your phone, you need to set up the Passwordless Unlock again. Even though you have the same phone number, the Norton Password Manager, NPM, app will have a new product ID number that has to get registered for the unlock feature to work.

Go to your Norton Password Manager browser extension Settings and remove the existing phone and then go to the NPM app on your phone and tap the three bars at the top left and tap on Settings. Then tap on Enable Passwordless Vault Unlock from this device. Then back to the NPM on settings in your browser and set up the unlock again using the new phone.
