Dear Norton Mobile Security Community,
I need a solution by today if possible as I won't be able to assist my grandmother as i'm flying off for 8 months.
Below are the details of the Mobile Device:
Model: Lenovo Z90-7
Android Version: 5.0.2
Problem
1) "App Advisor" for Google Play keeps turning off automatically and everytime when I unlock my phone, Norton Mobile security will be able to pick up several unknown apps installed on my SD card.
2) Some applications installed do not appear in the "App Advisor"
Permission to Norton
I Hereby authorize Norton to use my mobile device to study the patterns of how this malware downloads itself. Currently, I do not see any option where I can send logs to the Norton Team for them to assess.
