Hello guys i have just joined the Forunm...and look forward to joining in the conversations..

There's plenty of help here both about Norton products and about computing itself.

 

Have a look at the complete Forum structure by clicking on Norton Community up aabove and you'll see where most products are dealt with.

 

Forum Feedback is for questions and problems relating to the way these Forums operate ....

 

So what Norton Products do you have installed or are interested in? What version of Windows are you using? Which Browser?

 

That's the sort of stuff that helps us help you ....

No problem -- Here you are in the Forum Clubhouse and the URL to that is:

When you first logged in there are a bunch of settings you can make and you can get to them by clickding on My Settings up a little higher on the right. One of them, I don't remember the default, is to get an email advisory when anyone posts in a thread that you are in and that has a link in to bring you to message, or to the thread.

 

If you spot a thread you are interested in but have not posted in click on Thread Options, up on the left at the top of a thread, and select Subscribe and then you will get email for every post added even if you have not posted.

 

Have a browse in Forum Feedback too since that is where people ask about how the Forums work and how you do things here ... not just complain about what's wrong!.

Let me add my voice to the chorus--as another (relatively) new member, though very old Norton user (20+ years!)

 

Nice to see you've made it to Contributor already--a sign that you more than likely have stuck around and started helping other users, after receiving yourself the help that probably brought you here in the first place. Which means you've embarked upon the same rewarding journey that we all did...some longer ago than others!

 

Don't hesitate to reach out to the veterans, as you have questions about posts you're helping on, and as you learn the ropes. They have been both friendly and helpful whenever I needed it as I got my own feet on the ground.
