Okay,
that would be a great feature. I apologize for my misunderstanding.

It would be helpfull to have a new message button. So you can see all new messages at once
Hi Stu,
A feature you might find useful that isn't obvious: When you are on the summary screen that lists the number of messages and "new" messages in each topic, you can click on the number of "new" posts for that thread and it will take you directly to the first "new" message. That way you don't need to scroll through all of the messages in the thread you have already reviewed.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,
Dave

Hi,
I can confirm that. I doesn't work. :-(

You can only click on the number for new items in a Topic. The new column for the various boards is not a link. Instead, if it's not zero you have to select the board and then select whichever topics have non-zero values in their new columns.
The feature might already exist but I haven't found it yet, but, I'd like some way to simply advance through all of the new messages, moving from board to board and topic to topic automatically.
Hi, reese_anschultz,
what does Sr. SQA Manager mean? Sr. = Senior but "SQA" ?? Quality Management?

Hi Stu,
I just checked on two systems using two browsers (IE & Firefox) and it works for me. This feature only works while within each forum.
For example:
It will work here:
Norton Community : Norton Users Discussion Forum – BETA : Forum Feedback
But it will not work here:
Norton Community : Norton Users Discussion Forum – BETA
May that have been the problem before?
Cheers,
Bell
