The following are Issues with the New N360.exe that I upgraded 15 days ago
1. High CPU Usage - 24% in Performance screen - attached print screen
2.Svchost – 36 times - 1:13pm – 1.14pm n.360 (previously posted message about it) - attached log
3. Diagnostics report: When I go into my Norton and run a Diagnostics report, everything is checked green except hardware profile, It tells me I have a problem : tells me that " your systems CPU ( central processing unit is running slow ) and to consider contacting the manufacturer to upgrade the performance
Tthis is only happening for past few days (15 days) after upgrading to 21.1.0.18.
read previous posts but did not help
Please update what should be done to fix these issues. Should I create a ticket as Microsoft requested to contact Symantec Support for more help.
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1, IE 9, Norton 360 Premier Edition 21.1.0.18
