New Subscription Not Activated

I have renewed my Norton 360 subsscription selecting the 5.0 Premier edition.  It appeared to download OK but the subscription renewal confirmation didn't work (internet was active), and now my account lists the new edition and confirms it is not activated.  My Norton program status says just ONE DAY LEFT on mysubscription.  HELP PLEASE

Once the payment was successful, did you get any e-mail confirmation from our side with product key updates or something?

 

 

In the current product you have, just click on Account->Renew Subscription and just enter the new key in the text box provided in the page. Sorry if this is one you had tried already.

 

If even that didn't work, you will have contact our tech support team over phone they will sought out the issue for sure.

Do I gather from the wording of your post that you were not just renewing your subscription but upgrading it from standard to Premier?

Went to online chat with Norton (Swaroop) who uninstalled my current program and installed the new 5.0 Premier version.  All sorted now thank you.
