Detailed description: I need help and there is no Support. I am tired of being asked to upgrade this or that & I’m not going to pay for very basic tech support to help me Norton issues on my first day ever. I would rather cancel on Day 1 than go through mazes and reading page after page to look for every little problem I’m having. They are not complex problems!
I want to know why I got the Set Up Menu when I started my computer! I just downloaded Norton last night, and a free trial of Utilities Ultimate. Obviously at least one of the options it gave me is causing me trouble. For one thing, Adobe Acrobat has disappeared! I never agreed to delete it, I said it could DELAY the program during Startup to speed up my access upon starting. I don’t know whether or not I have to download Adobe Acrobat all over again. Also, Norton browser is trying to open my pdf’s & I did not choose it for pdf’s, it was only supposed to be for internet. Now I have to undo all this crap!
