Upgraded two machines from version 21 of Norton 360 to version 22 of Norton 360.
Why does the Norton product show the SAME device name on both machines? The two installs are on the same account, but the machines are DIFFERENT ONES (both are notebook/laptops)? Both computers use Windows Vista Home Premium.
Why does the help link in the first install show the expected menu items for one of the machines; but brings up a new window with other link items but no typical menu list on the other machine?
Both installs have been activated, and liveupdated with restarts in between until no more available updates.
