After updating to the new version I noticed that many Norton processes appeared, in the previous version there was one process and it did not load the system and memory so much. Is this normal?

Norton 360 runs multiple processes because the software actively monitors your system for potential threats, utilizing multiple processes to perform various security checks like real-time protection, file scanning, firewall management, and network monitoring, all happening simultaneously in the background; this is normal behavior.
maybe, with v22 … processes were bundled.
