Trying to add this and get to the “Add your kids” screen where you type their names and gender. I put this information in, and click the “Next” button and nothing happens. This is happening on two of my computers with the same results. I’ve tried disabling the virus protection and Windows defender but have the same results. Has anyone experienced this before?
