Norton Family started last Friday blocking almost all access to websites on all monitored accounts. As a parent, my account wasn't monitored and works fine. All of the kids accounts let them do a search via google, for example, but then all sites are blocked that they try to visit. Another tried anything in youtube, essentially blocked. Now it isn't reporting that it is blocked, it just appears the site never returns data - it just "spins" waiting for the site to return. All I have to do is turn off NF, and the sites and youtube all work again. I turned NF back on for the account, the site just keeps waiting and waiting... turn NF back off for the account, the sites work fine again. I re-installed NF, but I already had what appeared to be the latest - 3.1.0.10. The machine has been shut down and rebooted each day. Any ideas? Right now, all accounts have NF turned off so that they will work.
