I recently upgraded my wired security camera system to a new DVR from Night owl. I am unable to view my cameras using the night owl protect cms software however on an older computer not running Norton i can view the cameras just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Reset your Norton firewall and restart the computer. Recheck. If your cameras are not available check for them being blocked in Norton history under Firewall Activities to see what Norton is doing.
