I have version 16.8.0.41. There appears to be a product update being loaded in the background on my computer, most of the files are going into a folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Norton\{NIS_prod_UPG_1.5.30_18.1.0.37}.
The folder is monstrous in size, 16.2 GB. The download has been running for days now over a 3Mb DSL connection and is using most of the bandwidth. Will it complete any time soon, or is something preventing it from finishing successfully?
