I've searched through the forum and can't find anything on this, hence the new post.
I have discovered that NIS 2008 stops my wireless working (which makes the online support impossible to use!). I've tried de- and re-installing several times, which is how I came to the conclusion it's NIS 2008.
Basically, I have an Intel ProWireless 2200BG and the drivers stop working when I install NIS. I've tried turning off the firewall and all sorts of various things (including new drivers for the wireless), but the only thing that gets it working is to deinstall NIS - which is something I don't want to live without.
Anyone able to help??
Thanks,
Sian
Hi Sian and welcome
Let's try one things first.
Please Upgrade to v2009
That might be the easiest to solve the problem. It's free as well
Hi sianh,
Did you have any luck with Stu's suggestion?
