yes, from the product interface…

Have you installed Add on pack? If yes, download and install it and then run LiveUpdate.

If No, uninstall Add on pack and then try to reinstall it.

I am really sorry. If Yes, try uninstalling Add on pack and then reinstall it.

If No, download and install Add on pack

Hello

I have the same problem, I have Norton add-on pack installed, and every time i run liveupdate manually it wants to download the parentalcontroll update ( on my both computers), must be a error in the downloadpack.

Kind Regards

Do you receive any error messages or error codes while running LiveUpdate?

No error message at all, after download I get the answer to reboot the PC and after the reboot when I run liveupdate again the download is there again, and again and again.

Kind Regards

Hello All,

My apologies for the delay - we're still awaiting the schedule on the release to address this issue. I will keep this thread updated.

When is the fix will appear.  I face the same problem as the other users.

I’m sorry we can’t give you more detailed information on the released date; we need to continue testing the updates to be sure they are error-free. I’m sure you can understand the importance of this type of testing. Thank you for your continued patience.

What you can do is uninstall the Add-on pack and wait for the update to appear.  What else is there to loose, the annoying unstall problem or parental control (which is only necessary if you have children).

How did you run LiveUpdate manually? You mean you ran LiveUpdate from the product interface?
