I've tried to run the One-Click Support a few times recently, and always come up with the same crash message. In the second screen (the one right after "Loading Support Webpage") it says "Installing Flash Player 10" everytime even though I already have the latest version installed. Then, after I hit 'Begin Support Session,' it says "Checking Your Product" for a couple of seconds, then Windows (Vista HP SP1) tells me "Norton Protection Center Help and Support Loader Has Stopped Working." The following are the error details:

Two notes: This seems to have appeared with the update to the latest NIS 2009 version. Also, I ran the One-Click Support just to see if it works, not for any specific problem. NIS says everything is Secure.
