NIS 2009 - One Click Support hangs!

Hi ALL,

 

I wanted to report a problem I had so I went to One Click Support, and it looked like it was doing stuff and then stated "Loading. . ." and then nothing happened for several minutes.  I tried to abort it but I would not end.  I had to shut down and restart to clear the hang.  I tried this several times and always got the same result.

 

I'm running Vista SP1 with Auto-update on so I should be current.  Also NIS is current.
