I recently noticed that my NIS 2009 is not scanning. When I try to scan it says it is working but doesn't move from "0". When I try to cancel it freezes up. Also when I do a Google search and click there I want to go, it redirects me somewhere else.
I am not the most computer savy person so any help would be appreciated.
