I have NIS 2010 installed and used to have Addon Pack v.4, I thought that I would try out Online Family Safety so I did (uninstalled Addon Pack and Installed Family safety). I configured family safety and it's good but want to go back to addon pack, so i remove family safety, download addon pack v.4 run it but then i get a message saying that its not compatible with my NIS product, so i need help.
