It was blocking the update when the program was trying to update on it’s own. So then I went to HP website and downloaded the update file to my computer and tried to install update that way and it was still blocked with a Sonar warning that it was blocked and removed.
Any ideas on how to add these updates so they can be done without turning off my protection. I had no problems installing the other updates HP has provided.

I submitted the false positive to Symantec and when they update me on their findings I will post the results here.
I then unplugged internet and turned off Symantec and ran the update with no problem.
