i just bought and installed nis 2010. and each time i run full system scan, the scan seems to stop at a certain file, it could be file number 8,396 or file number 74,849 or any other random file number and keeps on scanning at that file and not moving on. the common thing i noticed is that it is always "checking for: tracking cookie" when it freezes..
what is the problem?
i have no other firewall or antivirus on. running win 7 home premium.
