I have NIS set to prompt me each time low risk items following a background scan. Invariably, there are always 3 items that I am prompted for - 2 low risk files and the tracking cookies. Of the two low risk files, one gives me the option to fix*, exclude, or ignore. The other one give me only the options to fix or ignore.
First, why does one item not allow me to 'exclude' it but the other one does?
Secondly, the one I select to 'exclude' re-appears in the list of 'low risk items' after each scan - shouldn't it always be excluded from the scan?
Third, consulting the 'help', there is a sentence in the 'Ignore' section that goes as follows: "This option is available once until you do not change the default settings for the Low Risks option under Computer Scans." Could someone please translate this? I have no idea what that means.
