NIS 2010 Network Security Map doesn't update computer status

The map is supposed to let you see the status of other computers.  You should see the Remote Monitoring status and the security status of other computers with NIS 2010 installed on it.  It found the computer but doesn't show or update the status of that computer.

 

All the settings are identical between the 2 computers.  The port 31077, the passkey, remote monitoring: enabled and full trust on both computers.

 

I chatted with support and they took control of both my computers and couldn't find anything wrong.  What can I do to get this feature to work correctly?

When you open the network map and click on the other computer that is visible there, is there nothing showing whether it is wired or wireless, secure or unsured in the top left hand part of the screen?
