While beta testing I had problems with detected threat. In short Norton wouldn't wouldn't allow me to quarantine file, and File Insight wouldn't provide me file details saying that I must be an Administrator to view threat details. (I am)

Later on I couldn't repeat this behaviour - suddenly File Insight would show me threat details. I assumed the "bug" was temporary one and it was fixed by either the LU or by itself.
To my surprise, on a first full scan with final version of NIS, I recreated the problem:
So, what is the problem? Anybody has an idea?
